Megan Rodman has been working in the Roaring Fork Valley for the past 3 years. Originally from Lake Tahoe, California, she moved to Colorado to chase the champagne snow.

After working for Tahoe Donner Association, the largest HOA in the United States with over 25,000 members and 6,500 properties with amenities including a ski resort, marina, golf course, equestrian center, and recreation center, she has a well diversified background when it comes to HOA management.

She moved to Aspen, Colorado in 2019, and established Embers Property Management LLC. Embers Property Management currently manages Sopris Village HOA, The Aspen Offices, and various private homes and rentals in the Roaring Fork Valley.

It is her goal to customize each property management proposal to specifically meet the needs of every client, in order to develop the best client relations and management of every property.
